Custom Bucket Production Designed for Extreme Working Conditions.

Engineering & Design Process

Each bucket starts with advanced engineering and intelligent design. Our skilled engineering team utilizes state-of-the-art software and modern design technologies to create precise technical drawings and production documentation. This approach allows us to manufacture high-performance buckets with outstanding strength, reliability, and efficiency.

Precision Metal Cutting

We utilize advanced CNC plasma and gas cutting machines to achieve precise and efficient metal cutting. This process guarantees dimensional accuracy, smooth cutting surfaces, and consistent quality across all bucket components. Our machines are capable of cutting steel plates up to 200 mm, enabling the production of high-strength, heavy-duty buckets.

Plate Rolling & Press Brake Operations

We perform metal bending and rolling using high-capacity press brakes and four-roll plate rolling machines. Supported by advanced control systems and positioning sensors, these machines allow complex forming operations with exceptional precision. Steel plates up to 50 mm thick and 3.5 m long can be processed to meet demanding bucket geometry requirements.

Turning, Milling & Boring

Our production facility is equipped with modern turning, milling, and horizontal boring machines, including mobile line boring systems. These technologies enable high-precision machining of bucket components, ensuring accurate alignment, tight tolerances, and efficient production timelines.

Certified Welding Process

Our welding processes are performed by experienced professionals using industry-leading Fronius and ESAB welding equipment. This ensures excellent arc stability, controlled heat input, and reliable weld integrity, resulting in buckets built for long service life under extreme working conditions.

Blasting, Coating & Finishing

All components are shot-blasted or sand-blasted to remove rust, scale, and contaminants before painting. Coating is performed in controlled paint and drying chambers using high-quality industrial paints with superior corrosion, chemical, and mechanical resistance—delivering long-lasting protection and a premium finish.
